Was DEFINITELY taken advantage of, perhaps because I'm a woman. He was very rude and condescending. Quoted one price and at the end he more than tripled his original quote. It cost over $4,000k to measure my 1400 square foot house which is basically a box. All of my friends, neighbors, and contractors can not believe how much he charged for basically an application for the permit.
