It's obvious that a lot of thought and care goes into the work that they do, from the helpful guidelines on their website, to their prices, to the quality of the prints. We are a small business and have found Printkeg to be 'OK'. We truly have had mixed experiences with them. Their art prints have good quality and are decently priced. We have been ordering art prints regularly with them.
Their postcards however are very cheap. We have recently tried them on a relatively big postcard order (for us) and found their quality sub-par. Was a customer for 9 years. The 3x4 "Snazzy Card" was even named after our business. Service was never great but they got the job done well enough when pushed. Last two orders were over a month late. They actually lost the last one. They could care less and then canceled the order when I gave them hell for it. Cost us thousands of dollars in lost orders because we did not have the packaging. I think they're farming the work out as well now. If you need a reliable, consistent printer - Print Keg is a definite loser.

I recently ordered fine art prints with this company and the experience was incredible. Not only were the quality of the prints MUCH higher then the other online printer I was using, but the prices were similar and in some cases cheaper than the other option. The fine art prints I received from them had a MUCH higher clarity and resolution than I was expecting, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I run a small nonprofit, so our budget for items unrelated to directly fulfilling our mission is pretty small. I ordered some cards through another site, not realizing they were flat cards as opposed to the folded cards I was looking for. I would highly recommend printing with Printkeg. I've been using this company for 3+ years to print my art and I have always been very happy with how my prints turn out. There was even one time where I submitted the incorrect size for a print and my signature was going to be cut out of the bottom right corner - but the Printkeg team e-mailed me right away and adjusted the size for me with no extra cost! I was blown away. The quality is great and the turn around time is SO fast. I've already recommended Printkeg to friends and other artists.

I had been considering a few printing services for this extensive niche art project I'm working on and I've settled on Printkeg. So as a consumer and business owner. Customer service is one of the most important things in my decisions when doing business with any company. Printkegs customer service goes above and beyond and never fails. Even in these uncertain times, they are still on top of their customer service. In business, you will never be able to please everyone and there will be some customers who create problems and post bogus claims of bad customer service. There are some customers who are never pleased no matter what you do. Those customers are those who should start their own printing companies maybe get together

I emailed the customer service account prior to ordering and got a reply within a few hours on a Sunday! They let me know what to order and where. Ordered 8 prints and got them within a few days. They even included extras of each print. Great quality and wonderful customer service. I will definitely be using Print Keg again.

After ordering prints, being told my files weren't downloading, sending new files, the company dealing with Hurricane Dorian evacuation, me cancelling my yet untouched order because the deadline for me passed, requesting a refund, and being frustratingly ghosted, thus leaving a 1 star review, I've finally been refunded and am changing my review to 3 stars. My refund request was acknowledged on 9/6, but no action was taken. After multiple calls (you will not get anyone to pick up the phone if you call them), requests for status updates, etc, I ended up sending

I ordered two sets of prints, one a day after the other. The first arrived in a week and the second took almost an entire month! I missed an opportunity to sell my art prints at an event. I lost money with PrintKeg, and when I emailed them they did not take any responsibility for the mistake. They stopped answering my emails, didn't answer the phone, and didn't call back when I left a message. PrintKeg is irresponsible and unreliable.

I really don't remember how I stumbled upon this company online but I'm so glad I did! I pretty much outsource for all of my graphic design projects and I choose printkeg because the quality is similar to a nearby shop here and waaaay more affordable. They don't have sales too too often, but that's okay, because they're prices are cheap! (Which is what they praise ). Not the best quality for their "high-quality giclee prints." Their website says you can receive free prints to sample their quality and paper. There are even instructions on the website about to order these free samples. I filled out the form following all the directions and I receive a message back telling me I should buy samples and they won't send any. That's really misleading and turned me off from using them. But since their fine art printing prices were so cheap, I decided to buy a couple samples. You definitely get what you pay for. I wouldn't call what I received

Found their website through searching. Couldn't believe the price for 11x17 posters. They shipped much quicker than advertised. Probably about 4 days after I ordered them. Decent printing for the price. Might upgrade to the thicker paper next time. Great color matching and didn't print too dark like many other online services. Will order again!

My experience with PrintKeg was better than expected. I especially appreciated having my posters shrink-wrapped and carefully packaged and was blown away by the turn-around time. As an independent designer, I work with A LOT of print companies. Most often, the choice is between budget pricing and customer service. It's pretty rare to find a company that excels in both areas. PrintKeg manages to do this while maintaining excellent turn-around times.

I live in MA, and found PrintKeg online (Great SEO and SEM guys), they were cheap, easy to use, responsive, and their online proofs were easy to read.
Shipping was timley, product was great condition, and best of all the stuff looked better than the proof I had done at the local Staples!!!

I used PrintKEG strictly for a print job. I'm pretty fastidious and particular about design, so I took care of that aspect myself. I ordered my huge print about a week before I needed it. The transaction was seamless. A few days later, I received my poster.
I will say, my poster seemingly went through several disgruntled postal employees and a rhino before it made it to me. The tubing was crushed, the inside cushioning was crushed and the poster itself was wrinkled / dented at the same point of impact as the outer shells.
