I am so thankful I found this firm. They were part of my employee assistance program that allowed for discounted services. Despite that, they are all very patient, kind, and efficient. I appreciated their quick responses to my numerous questions. I felt I had access to them 24/7 with them always looking out for my best interests; something I wasn't accustomed to. Watch out before they take all your money!
In my experience, Minden Lawyers wasn't there to truly represent me but rather try to bill me and juice out any and every penny by pretending to represent me. For the same case, my counterpart paid 5 times less than I and was represented by better lawyers.
I should have listened to my guts and avoided them when Chuck (my original lawyer) would not give me straightforward answers from the beginning. Chuck handed over the case right before the hearing to less experienced lawyer Tammy, which led to unfavorable outcome. After the first retainer, they
