All of our Property Managers obtain certifications and take regular training classes from the Community Association Institute (CAI) and are Nationally accredited with National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM). Mann Properties is one of only a few Management companies on the Eastern Shore that is nationally accredited as a company.

We are a family run, small business that has worked with Mann Properties for at least the last 4 years. They contract with us to provide security at some of the buildings they manage. I can not speak highly enough about them. As a contractor, I have to say they were great to work with, very professional and always looking out for both parties (property and contractor).

I own a unit in the White Marlin that is managed by Mann Properties and I have to say they are the worst management company around. They have put all of the owners at risk by not conducting accurate sprinkler inspections and letting some unit owners (who are on the board) get away with not fixing sprinkler violations in their units. Thankfully the OC Fire Marshall has stepping in and now they have corrected that issue but I would not let Mann Properties manage a dog house. Igor Conev is rude and arrogant and thinks he knows everything when he knows nothing. He is a crook who thinks that the homeowners

They are the worst management company in oc. Beware of Igore he works for them hes a snake. Dishonest Lier crooked. And a wuss . Do not hire them Donot let them run your financials They take your money and do no maintenance on any building . If you call to ask why they dont maintain there building they blow you off. Beware beware beware you will regret hiring them. They manage other buildings same problems. Owner does not care. He lets Igore run the building into the ground. pathetic company. Also they will sabatoge your sale of your units also.

My boyfriend and I are property owners of a condo managed by Mann Properties. They are, by far, the WORST company to deal with. We have been trying, for months, to get our exterior door replaced but have been unsuccessful. We pay $210 per month in HOA fees which is supposed to cover exterior building issues however nobody seems to want to replace our upper level exterior door despite the fact it was previously installed upside down, with the hinges facing outside. The bottom hinge has now separated from the frame and the door leaks to the inside when it rains. I have contacted my HOA president

We have been spending a week in Ocean City most summers for almost fifty years. Many of those years have been spent at the Polynesian, and we found most of the units very satisfactory. This year, however, I cancelled my reservation after speaking with a very rude, unprofessional rental agent at Mann Properties. It's a shame when an employee treats clients so poorly and fails to do a good job of representing the unit owners.

Stayed at the El Capitan on 4th street. An unidentifiable man approached my wife in the parking lot as we were unloaded our car and asked what room we were in. Not knowing who he was, my wife would not tell him until he said who he was. He would not identify himself and told her we did not belong there because we did not have a permit on our vehicle. She told him we were just unloading because we had two vehicles, so I told my wife I was going to move the car because I didn't trust leaving it there to help with the luggage without a permit. The man turned around and said good because I don't trust

Stayed at Polynesian #502. Unit was filthy dirty, cream carpet was charcoal gray dirt colored in all traffic areas. Sofa bed unusable and worn out. Bathroom was nasty, tile/grout were black, shower curtain was disgusting, tub dirty/stained and OLD. Glass tables had cup rings/crumbs and fingerprints on them upon arrival. All bed pillows were stained and gross. There were no privacy blinds in the unit, only white shears! Location was good, security was great. All units are privately owned, I would avoid this one!
