The original owner passed away a few months ago.. The new owner is evidently having some office issues. There is an appointment confirmation system which does not work correctly. The system kept sending me numerous text requests to confirm my appointment over several days. I responded each time and then only received an email after I called and left a voice mail trying to confirm the appt. Poor service. They did not answer their phones or respond to voice mail for several days.

This was my first time at Denton Oak Dentistry as I just moved to the area. I have a lot of anxiety with dental cleanings and extremely sensitive teeth and gums. The entire staff took amazing care of me, and Dr. Lee himself performed my dental cleaning. He was thorough and professional, yet laid back and really put me at ease. I had a great experience and plan on coming back here on the regular.

Unfortunately, I broke a crown and was able to be seen quickly to have the temporary crown placed before a weekend trip. The staff is always professional and so kind. Everything is explained well and if I ask questions they are happy to explain in greater detail.

I can not express my extreme satisfaction with Dr. Phee and his staff. I went there as a new patient with a cracked crown. He saw me the day I called; worked me in; built a temporary crown so I could make it through the weekend. He is so personable and friendly. I felt at ease and comfortable from his “hello “. The good news for me is that he will take my dental discount plan. As a senior on Medicare with no dental insurance, that is such a blessing.

Excellent experience, all the way around! The receptionist is very kind, she explains everything clearly. All financial obligations and/or anticipated work is presented, forthright. The dentist came out to speak with me after my 2 daughter’s were seen. The hygienist was polite and put the girl’s at ease. The office is keeping up with all CoVid regulations, flawlessly. We will continue going here for all my girl’s dental work. A+++
