My insurance company had denied me benefits. I contacted many law firms, large and small ones, searching for a lawyer to handle my problem. Kevin's is the ONLY LAW FIRM where I was able to talk with a lawyer directly, to discuss the case and consider my options. Kevin is great to work with! I find that he is patient and available to help on MY schedule and that is important to me because I don’t always feel up to taking on a task, even to help myself. Kevin has gone above and beyond to prove my case and was recently successful in getting my disability denial overturned. While I primarily deal with Kevin directly, when I have occasion to interact with other staff members I find them to be friendly and helpful. There was no hope, like many seeking help would relate, after the accident. Kevin was practically both the quarterback and coach in the case. He obtained the compensation that I deserved. There was a brilliant plan provided by McManus and trust was key for me as well, which was phenomenal with Kevin's transparency. He's a great friend and will always fight for your best interest. Kevin was amazing to work with! I tried to work with the insurance company myself after my wreck and got overwhelmed.
