My family is very thankful for Jay Orthodontics. Our overall experience with my daughter Bella getting her braces has been awesome since day one. The patient assessment was friendly and very informative. The office staff there is also one of the best I have interacted with. My daughters smile is excellent. After a recommendation from a friend we changed from our previous orthodontist to Dr. Jay and I am so thankful!! The first orthodontist did not expand my son's palate enough so now Dr. Jay is fixing what could have been done right the first time. I appreciate that he did not bad mouth anyone just explained why it didn't work and made a plan moving forward. Dr Jay is fabulous. We have been visiting him for 7 years. The last three years for my daughter's braces. We saw him as consultation for 4 years leading up to knowing she would eventually have to have them. She got her braces off yesterday. Her smile has always been amazing but even more so now! He really takes his time explaining everything and has always been great with her! So lucky to have found him! Don't hesitate to call him up with any dental concerns!

I can not say enough about Dr. Jay. My son got his tooth knocked out at a nightclub on a Saturday night. We made a call to Dr. Jay within 10 minutes he had returned our call and was headed to his office to meet us. His willingness to meet us at 1030 p.m on a Saturday to try and save my son's tooth is going above and beyond. We can not thank him enough for his willingness and generosity he has shown us. So far so good on the tooth rerooting itself.

Went to dr Cousino and had a great experience , he left and dr jay took over , not a good experience he told me my daughter needed way more work then actually needed !!! Went to new Orthodontist had braces put on and did not need any of the work dr jay recommended. Billed me for a consultation that was suppose to be free since we did have previous work done ! Would not recommend without getting a 2nd opinion!!!

Dr. Jay and his staff are the best of the best! He told me I not only needed braces, but I needed to have jaw surgery to correct my bite, and have it done right, so I would not have future problems. He told me wanted I needed to hear, and not what I necessarily wanted to hear. (What every other orthodontics that I had consultations with was doing.) After surgery he and his staff were so kind to send me flowers while in the hospital recovering, and called me often to see how I was doing. Its been almost a year later after surgery, and having my braces off, and it has been a dream come true! I am

We were on vacation in Michigan to visit family and my son lost his retainers. Since he has only had his retainers for 7 weeks and we were 9 hours from home I was scrambling to find a solution. I called Jay Orthodontics on a Tuesday morning and the staff was amazing! They had me bring my son in, fitted him for new retainers and we we were able to come back the same day to pick them up. Crisis adverted and he spent less than 24 hours without retainers. When we came back home and visited his actual orthodontist in MD he said that he was impressed with the service we received!

Couldn't be happier with the treatment my son's have received at Jay Orthodontics. Dr. Jay and staff always friendly and upbeat making us feel welcome. Dr. Jay goes out of his way to explain to thoroughly explain the process before treatment begins and he takes the time to explain where we are at in the process as we go along. Dr Jay is honest, talented, and brilliant. Elijah’s teeth are picture-perfect straight and it only took him one phase for about 2 years. Gabriel’s teeth are now in braces for about 6 months and I can already see a huge difference. The cost is fair, practical, and spelled out to you up front. He runs his business with integrity, always keeping patients' costs down. The office is efficient, you are seen at the appointment time. In an "instant, my way, right now" generation it's refreshing to have a Doctor who doesn't just tell you what you want to hear to get your money. I'm a 35 year old medical professional, who started with Dr. Jay about a year ago, to get a "pretty smile". Of course it's Dr. Jays medical duty to inform me thoroughly (and boy is he thorough) of what is right by medical standards vs. what I think I need or what I want. In the end we found a great compromise and I am very pleased with the results, thus far. Honesty is refreshing to those of us who utilize it, and intimidating to those who don't.
