I’ve always had nothing but extremely positive and satisfying experiences with this fine, local business. Their team of professionals got my beloved truck in and out within days. Unfortunate circumstances led to my right rear quarter panel, taillight and bumper being dinged up. Chaz, being a quality business, is on my insurance’s preferred providers list. They had parts ordered and delivered within a week, remarkable in these times of supply chain havoc, got my truck in and out within a week, and it’s never looked better. They detailed the exterior and interior! It hasn’t looked this good

The best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. They are so polite, professional and timely. I am currently moving, due to being stationed at a different base. I explained that I was on a timeline and need it to be done before a specific and realistic date( about 1 month and a half after they reserved my car). They kept me updated with my repairs and actually got it done before that date. The company that manufactures my car was on about a 2 month back order. They worked very hard and looked around for the parts my car needed to get them in sooner so I could ship my car on time. I

My car had damage from a Hit and Run. Chaz was recommended by my insurance. Chaz staff has great communication, I was updated on my car's status throughout the whole process. They even gave me advice on what to do for a small time fix on my other vehicle. Professional. Courteous. The quality of their work is awesome and they even vacuumed out my car. (Bonus points)

I had a small accident last February. Chaz made the estimate and repair process simple. Great communication throughout.
Then a few weeks ago a piece of trim popped off my driver's side door. After the dealer put me off I called Chaz. They fixed the trim without hesitation!
While I hope I'm not in other accidents, Chaz will be my recommendation to anyone in need!

Thanks Chaz for doing a fair estimate on my car, and being super kind and professional to me even though I decided not to get work done there. My insurance adjuster was even able to leave me some paperwork with them after the fact (due to covid we couldn’t meet in person) - and when I went to pick it up they were super polite and just all around a pleasure to work with. I was in a fender bender earlier this year and Chaz Limited did an AMAZING job helping get my bumper fixed. Going through insurance isnt always the fastest, but Chaz was able to contact the insurance company and get everything approved within days. I was preparing to do some in state traveling and asked to have it done within a timely manner. My car was ready THE NEXT DAY! Justin and Jeremy were so helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend going here since in the past other body shops had my car for almost a month! Incredible customer service. Thanks guys!!!
