Sara is originally from Fort Wayne Indiana where she attended University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne Indiana and received her Bachelors in Nursing. The first half of her nursing career was spent as an Emergency/Trauma nurse. She loved her experience as an Emergency room RN, but always knew she wanted to do something with beauty and aesthetics.

An upper arm lift, otherwise referred to as a Brachioplasty, is used to reduce or eliminate excess skin from the upper arms. If you have sagging skin on the upper arms due to aging, genetics, or weight loss, you may be a candidate for the arm lift procedure. The procedure entails cutting away the excess skin.

Dr. Malek and his team hired me to do branding, social media management, and photography for his business. Poor after-care after breast reduction. My scar on one side was extremely irritated and not healing properly and the nurse indicated everything would be fine and “looked ok.” At the next visit with Dr. Malek, the wound was so infected that it required multiple rounds of antibiotics, several additional follow up appointments for steroid injections (off the record) and stitches to repair the damage, extending recovery time over 15 months!

Hello I had posted about Dr. malek A few years back And he wanted me to take it off so I felt bad and I did. I had my original implants taken out from when I was20 from another doctor. Long story short I got smaller implants in to replace the big ones that I had and they looked great for about a month or two and then they just started getting weird like going south quick and getting huge and now I was originally at sea with him and now I am like not even a double D sometimes I have to go up more I'm right back to where I started and they look sloppy and I have such back pain it's killing

I'm so grateful I found Dr. Malek. Years ago I got breast implants by another plastic surgeon out of Dallas, TX. The implants were too big and were causing me back problems. I saw Dr. Malek in June for a breast implant removal and a lift. He did a beautiful job!! Exactly what I wanted and was hoping for. I feel so much better and I now can wear shirts a size smaller and bra's two sizes down. The care I have received before and after surgery has been 5 stars. My visit to Dr. Malek's office was for their Beauty Spa; my appointment was with Carly Stewart. She was beyond knowledgeable, not only did she explain the entire process of how the injections work but also the little "sound" you hear as it's being injected. She was quick, VERY gentle and easy to talk to. She warned that it takes roughly 2 weeks for the full results, however, I can already see some results - and I love it already! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! I'd recommend anyone to Carly!

I was shocked after visiting the Doctor and he explained to me the difference between the Botox and another. I decided for cheaper one witch it was $5 a unit. And he with out constructing with me as he said he double the dosage, I had to pay $600 for the job that I normally pay $250. I normally use maximum of 30 unit, go figure

By far one of the best plastic surgeons in the Phoenix area. He really cares about the overall aesthetic appearance, not trying to just see patients, do surgeries and get money but actually have patients happy with their results in the long term. Dr. Malek also has excellent bedside manner and is readily available after hours for any questions or concerns for post-op patients.
