Our dog's collar ripped a small piece of our berber carpet so I yelped for a local carpet repair and came across Harry's Carpet. After reading the reviews I called and was able to make an appointment within a few days.
Harry shows up today and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was punctual, professional and friendly. The best unbelievable part is he chose not to charge us a penny, even though I insisted on paying him something.
I know I would have made the tear worse had I done it myself so having someone competent with many years of experience is truly a blessing.

I am soo excited to finally hear about the Napa Store opening!!! Harry and his team did some Comercial work for me and they were amazing. I am so glad they are closer and have expanded! They are the beat by far and I would recommend them and their team over anyone else! Rachall is the best and has the quickest call back time with questions and everything! outside. I thought moving the stuff from the upstairs downstairs then up again all while my house was under construction would take weeks.

I lover this team, Rachael and Harry are the best. I recommend Harry's carpets based on customer service, expertise, price, and everything else... they are above all and top notch. I found their company and store last year and they beat all their competitors and did a better job on my install than any other company I have hired in the past. Best place to go if you need carpet of good quality as well as the best price in Vacaville! They beat the rest of the quotes we had gotten. Harry is very kind and professional, plus he's willing to explain any part of the process or why things are prices how they are. His wife is very nice and helpful. As an interior decorator putting a room much less a house together for clients can be really tough without amazing floor people! So glad Harry and his team has expanded to Napa! Beautiful nightmare .... the end result was beautiful, but the process to get there was an utter nightmare. My family paid 14K+ for carpet ( 3 bedrooms) and LVT for the rest of our home. Our home is a few feet under 1900 sq ft. We did our research with various other flooring companies and received multiple quotes. Harry is a pure salesman and he sold us on choosing his company based on efficiency and competence. Mistake!

I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to redo your floors. I called around to a few different locations and they were well priced and had a good selection of items to choose from. They were able to give me a rough estimate based on my square footage and base material after taking a quick view of my property. They we low pressure and gave me quote with no up-sell pressure which I really liked. Some others really wanted you to sign a deal the day they come out to quote.

Wow, I doubt I've ever been as happy as I am today!!! Harry came out last week for and estimate, and we scheduled the work to be done today. I have never been more impressed with the business in what is typically known as the "man's world". Very very obviously knew his stuff. He did show me a couple options of other things to put in, but it wasn't shoved down my throat. The estimate not jacked up because I'm a female either, which seems to happen a lot.
