Paul's is much more accommodating than some other commercial places. They let you stay longer and are so patient. They didn't kick us out when some had hard time saying goodbye to our mom. They let us see our dad again before Washu took him. They came to pick up dad and sat with family as long and until we said it was OK to take him. I will never go to Baue again who kicks you out after your 2hrs or time slot or if you deliver flowers personally they say next time go to back thinking you are adelivery person and even if you are could be nicer about it. Paul's is amazing and they try to understand

I found everyone very nice except Nancy. Rude comments throughout the process, did not disclose condolence cards until asked about them, the make-up on our baby was terrible. The hands were not done to cover brushing! Told a family member to make the donation out to Paul Funeral instead of the family. I will never recommend Paul Funeral Homes
