Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
Called to set up an appointment to come and look at our roof. Said will be there in 2 days never showed never called. Called later in the day for a heads up. No answer. Still no call back. And no show. Now calling someone who will actually show up!!!!!!!!!

Battling the wind and storms wrath on my shingles on my home ever since I bought it became a monthly problem. Sometimes I would have to replace two, three and four shingles every month or so on my roof. With each storm that blew through with high winds it seemed like I would come home from work and see a scattering of shingle pieces on my grass. A severe thunderstorm, with hail, a funnel cloud, and high winds finally did its toll damaging many shingles, exposing the plywood, and made me consider the metal roof. I made several calls and had several estimates and Parraghi came out and did outstanding
