We have had Associated Heating and Air Conditioning to come out and work on our heat pumps several times over the years that we have lived here. Each time they have been very prompt in getting out to our house, always sending technicians that were very knowledgeable, honest, and polite. Today, September 9, we finally bit the bullet and had one of our heat pumps replaced. From the time they came to evaluate and give us their proposal to replace my 20 year old system until it was finally installed, Associated’s team was professional and efficient! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience after my old system went out. The crew that came on time this morning were great, and finished the job in just 4 hours! They left my home clean and cool with my new Trane system. They all get my highest marks. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this service.

Associated Heating and Air Conditioning did the work to completely replace the heating and air conditioning system as well as replacing the duct work and vents for our church parsonage (Little Rock Baptist Church, Boomer, NC). The crew that did the installation was professional and courteous. They communicated well with us so that we knew when they would be at the parsonage. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and will continue to have Associated HVAC provide the service for our church.

They arrived right when they said they would, were courteous and helpful, answered all our questions, cleaned up the area, were knowledgeable about the product, and really went the extra mile when installing the new unit.
