RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY and save yourself aggravation, especially if you would like to get to the airport in a reliable vehicle on time with reasonable people. I am in the vehicle now and Saba's incredibly RUDE disrespectful irresponsible driver is screaming at me and threatening not to continue to drive me to the airport, all because I voiced that I am unhappy that she arrived 15 minutes late and was planning on coming at 9:30 instead of 9:00 - I booked 9:00 am. What kind of employees scream at their clients?? I am the customer! This is a terrible way to treat

JW Marriott suggested this service. I called them to pick up my wife at the airport. The pickup was fine but they took her to the wrong hotel. They dropped her at the Omni.
I called to complain and Joseph said he would let the manager know. 2 days later with no callback I called again and talked to Joseph. He forwarded me to the manager's voicemail. Never heard back from her. Unacceptable.
The JW manager credited my bill for the amount but it's not their job to handle Saba's screwup.

The most worn out Cadillac CT6 I've been in (every warning light on the dash was lit). No a/c (in Phoenix no less). Driver typing in his phone at every light, I had to tell him when light turned green. No mention of cc surcharge until we got to the airport. Two stars instead of one as I'm still alive, and at my destination as I write this so there's that.

I made a reservation in March for my daughter 's prom in April for a stretch limo. I called several times to be sure that my reservation was in place. 48hours prior to the prom I received a phone call stating that there was no availability for a stretch limo due to "high demand " for Saturday night. It made no difference that I had made the reservation a month prior. I was forced to scramble last minute to find a limo on Thursday night for her Saturday prom. I would NEVER use this company for risk of losing your reservation at the last minute. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

Well, I have been using this limo service for about 3 years and never have I ever had such a bad, embarassing experience as I had on Thursday evening. I was all excited to show my friend what a great service it was, my driver told me I had no time to run into my friend's house to say "hi", he did not feel good, he dumped me at the curb in front of my house, I am very disappointed.....never pre-pay!!

We rented two limos to take us and our bridal party out to our venue. I should have known that this would be a bad experience when I had to constantly call and follow up when even trying to rent a limo. I never got a call back and it took five times calling to finally give them my credit card info and secure the limos. The day before the wedding I called and confirmed that we were still good to go for the next day, which they said we were. Horrible. You know, people live at the Kierland and nobody appreciates your nerdy, little limo driver sitting around for ONE HOUR with his engine ON, stinking the whole place up. My boyfriend went and Asked him to turn his engine off and he refused. I will never use this service and will tell my friends not to use it either. Excuse me, but nobody likes inhaling your stinky fumes, and the air pollution is bad enough. Get drivers with brains, please.

Five of us were recently in the Phoenix/Glendale area for the NCAA Final Four and one night was lucky to stumble across this limo service. Specifically, we met Dawn Garlock in her Escalade parked outside one of the bars and we asked if she could give us a ride back to our place.
Mind you, this is after closing down one of the downtown bars at 2 am.

SO GLAD I went with Saba limo. Let me take you on the journey I had on my wedding day (12/10/16). Just an hour before the ceremony began I had to fire a FRAUDULENT business MIRAGE LIMOUSINES for changing every part of our agreement, I had scheduled with them for a ride from my wedding reception with my wife earlier in the week and called to confirm the details we had agreed. They proceeded to change the time they would pick us up from our reception (are you kidding me?), the type of car they would pick us up in, and the cost of the service. This company picked up our ride through Uber. They broker Uber standard protocol and texted me and asked for my destination. I didn't know protocol at the time and sent it. The driver was unhappy with the distance and his from us for more than 10 minutes. When we tracked him down he took off, speeding through a crowded parking lot. He then cancelled our ride, charging a $10 fee. This company has zero integrity and does not deserve the 1 star above. There are plenty of other choices in town, use them.
