I've purchased all sorts of furniture multiple times, all good quality and reasonable prices. They've always been very helpful, but last delivery I had some issues and they responded to my email in like 5 minutes! Their customer service and how they responded was just fantastic. I got my Marina sofa bed and love seat 3 weeks ago. Love it!!!! So happy I found this store. Irina was responsible for my bed set. She lied and exaggerated about the features of the bed. She said it's from Canada, made from high material wood, and strong. When the bed set came the bed could not be assembled. It was not made from wood, it was a cheap bendy material. She lied. I contacted for her help and she said she will call me back to… send someone to help but she never called me back, I had to call the moving company for help but they couldn't do it. So, they wasted more than 2 months for me. Then I had to call a bed fixing company in my state to drill and re-do the whole bed
