High priced.
Booked a shiatsu for my wife with a woman.
They did a Swedish instead and a man walked in to do the massage, my wife is non confrontational and easy going so said nothing.
She left uncomfortable which in turn makes me uncomfortable.
Nothing outside a professional boundary but over all an uncomfortable experience for her to have been exposed and massaged by a strange man.
Comfort is everything in a massage.
She prefers the 40$ an hour massage we have by us.

Absolutely perfect! The atmosphere is clean . The staff was friendly, respectful, & very knowledgeable. They have you fill out a consent form. On that form, you also indicate the areas where you are having issues. You proceed to the room. Where you are instructed on what to remove, & where to place your belongings. There’s calming music playing, & the room is set to the perfect temperature. My partner & I did the couple’s massage. I received the hot stone/ Swedish massage. Amazing! Great amount of pressure. The stones were a great temperature. I fell asleep several times throughout my session

The set up is beautiful,my boyfriend surprised me for my birthday with a weekend get away to the area. Very excited upon arrival sat down waited a very helpful blonde therapist set us up and after massage started I knew this wasn’t going to be a pleasant experience for me like similar review my 4 year old gives me better massages, no pressure not technique, I even kept peeking to my partners therapist blonde woman she was much better btw. Now fast forward half way in I honestly wanted to say yea just let me out but didn’t want to ruin moment or be rude she gets to my 30 minute feet after rubbing

These ladies are amazing with their hands my legs feel Incredibly energetic my first time here for reflexology will not be my last, friendly, clean , private , relaxing. Prices are great for such service. I’m glad they are here in Mt pocono, I’m a local and it feels like I’m on vacation here. Also the deep tissue massage combo for my daughter done by Frank she says will come again. Overall experience 10/10!

This was an amazing first experience! I have scoliosis and recovering from a spinal sprain. And the manager took wonderful care of me. I was very nervous about getting a massage due to how sensitive my back is and he didn't hurt me one bit! He was knowledgeable about my back issues and made me feel so relaxed and again, NO PAIN! Next time I visit PA I will be sure to go again!

We did a couple Swedish massage on 5/19. I liked how comfortable my therapist, Frank, made me feel. He asked if everything was ok now and then. The massage was an absolute heaven. I didn't know how many knots I had until then.
The room was clean and the staff wore masks. They didn't give out robes. We were told to lay on the massage table and were covered by clean sheets and blanket. They only uncovered us (not all bare, back or one leg at the time) to do massage.

So this was our first time going here and getting an actual massage period. The place was clean, followed sanitation guidelines, and the staff was very nice. We got the hot stone massages and good Lord it was hot (haha) but it felt good. The staff made sure to keep asking me and my fiancé if everything was ok and if the stones were too hot. When they placed them on my back and feet I felt like in Big Momma's House (the movie) and was like "ooh that's hot" 😂
