Dr. H Kim was thorough, friendly, and incredibly professional. I felt comfortable for the entire appointment and, unlike some other experiences I’ve had, I felt like she really listened to my concerns and responded to each one with a treatment plan. On top of that, I was seen promptly and right on time—something that isn’t always the case. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Saw Dr Kim in 2019, visit went fine. She was nice and attentive but a little late seeing patients - not a big deal. She recommended some face cream which I purchased. On the way out, I was informed that my insurance didn't cover the treatment so I paid my bill in full. Several months later, literally 7-8 months later, I get a bill for $74. I was confused so I contacted the office manager and she informed me that it's an outstanding amount. I informed her of above and that since my insurance didn't cover treatment that I was a cash paying customer and that I paid everything in full. She just kept

PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE AN UPCOMING APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DOCTOR!!
The doctor purposefully provided a service that I DID NOT NEED. She cleverly pulled it on me at the end of my office visit with her, then when I said that she should not have done that, she said, "well, I have to bill it now." Although I complained to them and to my insurance company, they are STILL ALLOWED TO BILL IT TO ME. This little spray out of a freeze off can cost me $90.99. I am paying it because I don't want the ding on my credit report, but this is not right.
Please be careful and watch her to ensure you don't go through

I had my initial consultation the other day and it was wonderful! Dr. Cox was patient and listened to all of my concerns (acne, scarring, fillers .) and unlike other derms, did not push any products onto me. She highlighted a long term plan to get my skin to where I want it. Highly recommend, look forward to a lasting relationship!!!

Its really sad to go into a doctors office and love the doctor but not the staff. I took my daughter in for an appointment as soon as i got in there the girl at the front desk did not bother to greet me in she was on her phone. Front desk staff is HORRIBLE and rude they pressure you to buy their products all I had was 1 question about a product who knows how many times I told the lady I didn't want to purchase it, that it was just a question I had, but she kept insisting it worked well on her the funny thing is i think my face was better looking than hers. Never coming back to this place they just
