In 2012, Michele Alvarado left her career as a commercial banker, lending primarily to real estate developers and homebuilders to pursue her longtime passion to be a homebuilder herself. The Sanctuary team she put in place has more than 20 years experience building custom and high end spec homes in the Greater Houston area ranging from the low $600s to $3 million.
The Kitchen is open to the Dining Room, has a generous island for both cooking and entertaining, and a wall pantry so efficient that everything is at your fingertips! Spacious Master Bedroom features a private alcove where you can retreat into your favorite book or relax. Fun and functional, the under stair storage is a perfect place to display your favorite things.
