Dr. Criswell graduated from Van Buren High School with honors, Hendrix College with distinction and the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry in 1988 with honors. He immediately began practice at Criswell Clinic Family Dentistry following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. Billy Criswell. He provides general dentistry for both children and adults.

The whole staff was friendly and took care of my issues quickly. My teeth look better than they have in a long time, and seeing them after the visit makes me happy. Got answers and chat for questions I had, and appointments for needed procedures were quickly arranged. Fantastic service, highly recommend.

While driving through Ft Smith with my son on an "end of the summer" road trip we realized that his dentist accidentally left a sharp piece of metal sticking out after an adjustment. The metal was cutting the inside of his mouth and he was in a lot of pain. I decided to try a few area dentists and Criswell was quick to say they would help us out. They got is in, found the issue and had it corrected in 10 minutes. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable, they even proactively fixed a few other potential areas that could cause pain. They truly saved our road trip. Thank You!

Dr Pardo is absoutley AWSOME !! Dr Pardo did a crown procedure on a jaw tooth for me . He explains everything he is going to do , during the procedure ,. he will ask if your ok , and let him know if there is any discomfort . He really is a great dentist and very caring !!! Courtney , assisted Dr Pardo this morning , she is really great !! They work AWSOME together !!
All in all , my experience with Dr Pardo and Courtney is a 5 STAR rating . I was very happy when I left Criswell Family Dentistry !

This dentist office is the best I have ever been to by far. The entire staff were accommodating and pleasant, the doctor and his assistant went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and asked multiple times if they could do anything to make my visit better. I have avoided the dentist office my whole life so my teeth have issues but the doctor made me feel that there was nothing that couldn’t be fixed and that he could do it without causing great amounts of pain. I would definitely recommend heading to this office to fix any problems with your teeth, I know I will be completing my dental

I have used Criswell Dentistry Clinic for around 50 years. I have never had a reason to change. All are very attentive, professional, helpful and kind. The offices are always clean and neat. I always leave with a smile on my face because they take your anxiety and turn it into a pleasant experience.
