Took my car their after I got into an accident, they promised everything would be handled and that they will fix it. 2 weeks later I have to pick my car up because he didn't want to work on it. Now its full of water because they didnt put it under ANY type of cover at all. So now, not only my car is wrecked. It's now wrecked AND has water damage because of there negligence. If there was an option to rate 0 stars, I would. Its a shame I have to put even 1 star. Dont take anything to them. And to top it off. They were going to charge me a 500 dollar storage fee. Have you ever been screwed without lube? Well they give you hand sanitizer when you come in so they can make it comfortable for you as the give you an admin fee and every other fee they want to add before they are done. Like it's not already hard enough dealing with your vehicle being towed they find every way to make sure that it will break you financially. Plus they charge if the road their on is under construction they will make it your fault.

So disappointing. No communications and it took almost 3 months for my car to get done. I had an estimate for 960 before they started and I just got a call that I have to pay 1,860 for my car now. They never updated me on anything. I would always have to call in for an update and it wasn't always right. Not coming back here again would not recommend this place.

We were broken down on the side of the highway in our Motorhome and we are thankful that Gene's came to the rescue. The office staff and our tow truck operator were the best!! When were fixed and ready to go again, we noticed some slight damage to the frame and hitch where the MH was towed. We took it over and discussed it with them and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional! We took it in and they repaired the damage to our complete satisfaction. Our MH is 45000 lbs so even with their gentle care the damage occurred. I can't thank Gene's enough for their service

Horrible service and staff !! Towed my car( that would not start) Christmas eve in front of my house for not having a plate on it . INFRONT OF MY HOUSE . I called up the shop and a lady with an attitude wanted to fight instead of help . Very unprofessional. Then to get my car back would be 250 and i would have to spend another 150 to get the car back to my house . Customer beware of these SCAM ARTIST !!!!!

I have used Gene's twice now for front end alignments on large RVs. If it wasn't for the owners/management of this business letting it stay run down and shabby, I would have given it a five star rating. The mechanics there know their trade well. Prices are very fair. It amazes me why the gal running the place won't have a few tree limbs trimmed, paint the place, and maybe even fly our nations flag from the beautiful flag pole out front. Her attitude actually reflects her laziness taking care of her property. But if you can look past all that this seems to be an honest shop

Our son's vehicle towed to Gene's with the goal to have it once again road safe. To that end we were advised it needed a new frame. That would cost 4K. As we did it have it readily available they allowed us to leave the vehicle. A few weeks later the funds were procured and advised Gene's the intent to make I triad safe. Secondly we didn't want to pour big bucks given the vintage of the vehicle. We were assured it would be 4K. From that point on communication was non existent.
