I cannot say enough about how amazing this business treats their customers. Not only did they go out of their way to get us a machine that would meet every need we have, they have patiently taught us how to use it, taken all of our calls and answered all of our questions. I have worked in small offices for over 25 years and have used many different printers and copiers, and have dealt with the companies that install them, provide supplies and service them. I had to leave this review for the digi group, they are just outstanding!
They are always courteous and professional, which sounds like meh until you have dealt with others who are not so much. One technician from another company came when I was alone in the office, stood right over my chair, crowding my private space, and asked me if he was "going to have to come here every day until you get it right"
