We should have went with Mint Julep Bourbon Tours in Louisville, KY as we had done so the previous two years but wanted to try another Bourbon Tour venue. We were looking forward to our "Old Fashion Group Tour" with Copper Stills; meeting others who also enjoy Bourbon and getting to see the distilleries, but when we arrived at the Brown Hotel to start the tour we were told that "only my wife and I were the ones scheduled for the 10 hour tour" to three distilleries and a stop for lunch. Really? This is their ad from their website -

Booked an 8-hour, 8 passenger limo for a tour through bourbon country after a great conversation with their very helpful schedulers. They took time to understand what we wanted to do and help create the right itinerary for us. Our incredible driver Avella was not only a great driver, but she also provided awesome suggestions for things to eat and drink at each of our stops and genuinely cared about our experience. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend R&R.

I looked at a few limo/tour companies to do a trip around the Bourbon Trail with six friends. We went with R&R and it was absolutely fantastic--above and beyond what I expected. The car was great, the driver was exceptionally attentive, and they helped coordinate the planning process of which distilleries to visit and some of the details before we got to town.
Can't recommend them enough--and they are wayyy less expensive than Mint Julep. I would recommend R&R to everyone that is visiting Louisville/Bourbon Trail area. Fantastic!

Outstanding service!!! We had Corky as our driver. He picked us up in Louisville and drove us to a couple of bourbon distilleries in Frankfort. He was top notch! He was on top of everything, early, personable, super responsive, service oriented, flexible, informative, and anticipated our needs. Truly amazing...Highly recommend!!

We booked with R & R Limo for an 8 hour day trip out of Louisville and south to several distilleries. All the planning concversations were clear and concise with many options for vehicle type and types of pricing. The day before the trip we received a great confirmation phone call from Eli with pickup times and other info for the next day. It was a nice "welcome to Louisville" call and Eli wanted to make sure we were all set for the next day. We had hired an Executive Coach for a large Corporate Event and R&R just blew me away with the level of service and the care that they took of our group recently. Also, the flexibility and willingness to adjust, even at the last minute, around our needs was particularly appreciated. We had several people to please and Tony, our driver was a total pro. If you can ask for him, he will not only take care of you, he just may be the best limo driver in the City! Keep his card if you ever get in a jam. Discreet, professional and totally reliable are just a few words I would use to describe him.

Booked for my wife's 30th Birthday. Spotlessly clean Escalade was at our house 20 minutes prior to departure time. Everywhere we went, the Limo was waiting to take us to our next location. No calling or texting...he was just ready. Montana was professional, kind, and prompt. I cannot imagine a single thing that would have made this a better client experience. Would 100% use again, and would recommend everyone do the same.

I entrusted this company with my 16-year old daughter who was traveling alone for the first time and whose Southwest flight to Louisville was delayed 6 hours and re-routed through St. Louis. As an upset mom, it's very difficult to choose a company, sight unseen, to transport your child from Louisville to Lexington (1.5 hours) late at night. This company's ability to listen to and address the needs of their customers is outstanding. Pat, acknowledging my anxiety, took my reservation at 9:40p for a flight arriving at 10:10p, made all the arrangements, personally met my daughter at the airport
