Services
We are a pediatric therapy clinic consisting of dedicated OT's, PT's and SLP's specializing in children having complex medical issues. We love working with our patients and live for the moments we see their faces light up with the pride of a new accomplishment. Our mission is to create and seize opportunities for our children to gain function, leaving no stone unturned in our quest for their independence.
Our team of Physical Therapists has spent countless hours training to meet the needs of infants, children and young adults with postural and movement issues.
Many of our PT team has completed the intense and challenging Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association's Pediatric NDT Certificate Course in the Management of Children with Cerebral Palsy, which offers several hundred hours of lecture, lab practicum and actual intervention practice with children with neuro-motor issues while supervised by well-recognized experts in the field of Physical Therapy.

We are a group of pediatric therapists that started out with a dream in August of 2000 of being the premiere rehabilitation facility in the Rio Grande Valley for children having complex medical challenges. We have continually focused our efforts on ensuring that our staff, (now more than 60 Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapists), is trained on the most intensive, innovative and outcomes oriented pediatric therapy services.
We proudly participate in the State of Texas Integrity Initiative launched by our Inspector General in collaboration with Managed Care Organizations and Medicaid providers. This initiative strengthens the joint efforts to develop the best Medicaid system Texas can achieve. Integrity guides all we do every day and is shaped in part by Medicaid's statutes and rules.
Participating in everyday life, making new friends, success at school-all can be significantly more difficult when communication or swallowing difficulties exist. In Milestones speech-language/swallowing programs, therapists facilitate skills using a variety of innovative whole-body techniques, setting a rapid pace for progress.

Lack of communication!!!
Got two calls from “Ale” to confirm appointment for my son therapy. I arrive early since it was our first time, just so the receptionist could inform me that my son wasn’t on the schedule and that he couldn’t be seen until they could figure out what happened, and that possibility the scheduler coordinator would call me to set up another appointment.
