This is long but needs to be seen because this is the kind of service you can expect to get -
I'm 6 months pregnant and my mom was visiting me in Oceanside last week. When I went to take her to dinner I found I had a flat tire while in her hotel parking lot. I didn't have a spare tire so I called nearby Kennedy Towing.
I took a few tries to reach someone at the "emergency" prompt (call kept getting disconnected) and when I did, a woman answered with a loud tv and kids in the background. I figured she's probably working from home during COVID, whatever.... (in hindsight

Initially I had a flat rate of 160 to come to Camp Pendleton and then the associate called back to let me know that the guy that’s coming on base wants to charge me 225 for coming on base I’ve never met a tow company to every charge $225 to tow a car on base to an on base car shop I think it’s highway robbery and they should be talked about the situation. Also they told me they will be here within 45 minutes I called and it’s been more than 45 minutes from the call at 3:18 pm to 5:00 pm. I called the tow company and they said he will be here in 10 minutes in been more then that and your

I had the most AWFUL experience with the dispatcher name Melissa or Maritza!! This was the most unpleasant unprofessional ghetto mouth little girl!! As a business owner I am beside myself that someone would employ such a child!!

An adult called me back to rectify the situation, but the experience with this company because of this employee was beyond my worst experience. when you are locked out of your vehicle and calling for help the last thing you would expect is to be treated and spoken to like my business is not important.

I was driving my prelude and a distracted girl crash into my car. So I had to tow my car back home because all shops were closed. I called Kennedy Towing and they gave a nice price and also gave me a discount because I told them to come back the next day to take my car to the shop. Very safe tow service but I honestly think that their dispatcher can sound a little bit nicer. No biggie but just a small suggestion.

Got a flat tire on the side of I5, called them and they told me 15-20 minutes. almost two hours later and they call and tell me it will be about another hour until a service man shows up and that it would cost anywhere between $150-350 from an original of $100. and they have no technological skills to help figure out location issues.

Kennedy Towing = poor service that will leave you stranded.
Kennedy Towing hung up on me five times while I tried providing the correct roadside service address while stranded. After an hour of waiting, Kennedy Towing cancelled the assist without notifying me.
There are many better alternatives. My employer has a fleet of 135+ company cars for managers/executives. None of which will ever do business with Kennedy Towing.

I am completely satisfied with their services, they came really fast, they were respectful, great price, took great care of my car! After losing keys to my 2013 Mercedes E350, I decided to schedule an appointment for a towing service the next morning. I searched online and found Kennedy Towing. I spoke to a representative to make arrangements. She was very polite & helpful also answered all my questions.The next morning the driver arrived at 8am as schedule. \To my surprise the drive was very clean & professional. My vehicle was delivered to the destination unharmed. Thanks Again.
