Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I've been at this location for 6 years. Arrowpoint Properties became my landlord on August 2021. The property manager Bianca La Franco and owner are unprofessional, disrespectful, non-responsive and like to plow their tenants. Honestly, I wish had one positive to share about Arrowpoint Properties.

I lived one of their properties for 2 full years and can say that the rent was just right. The property management company is attentive to your needs and does provide a good experience for its tenants. The management company does a good job with having the apartment common areas cleaned weekly and the grounds well maintained. Overall, my experience here was pleasant but I was happy to be able to get out and find something with a bit more as a renter. I would recommend this property and the properly management company.
