No response from this insurance agency. Home insurance policy through Safeco, but trying to refi home and this agent will not return phone calls or emails to neither me nor my mortgage processor. Poor customer service!!! Do not recommend as a direct agent. Looking for new place to give money for insurance needs. A phone call or email is not too much to ask unless it's from these people. Go somewhere else!

Finding insurance is a daunting task. I didn't know where to begin or what questions to ask. I normally purchase everything I need online, so I thought insurance would be the same. Normally I hate sales pitches so I avoid those situations like a plague. Since quotes I had submitted online with other carriers didn't get any follow through, I decided to give EFR a try. A friend recommended just calling the office to set up time to come in. When I called they were flexible in trying to fit my schedule. I was referred by a family member who told me about EFR Insurance agency. I was paying way to much for low coverages and was never aware of what I was covered for as it was nevered full explained by my previous agent. When I contacted EFR Insurance I was given an option to come in for an appointment. When I met with Ernie. He let me explain what I was looking for and then he asked me a series of questions to better determine what my actual needs of coverage are. He explained everything so well that after I got my home and auto insurance policies with EFR Insurance . I left with great confindance

There policy prices are okay but they are a bunch of liers they say that everything is taken care of, but in reality nothing in there part is done I've had to deal with the DMV for a couple of months now just because they didn't do there job when they had too. What really pisses me off is that they lie to your face that's is completely unprofessional there nothing but a bunch of lazy liers.
