Update 01/2/2022;
While driving my car for the past month or so, I noticed my car doesn’t drive as well as it used to. The transmission was possibly damaged to where it hard shifts and clunks while driving. My car has never done this before till I realize that it was towed recently which I feel is the culprit. I will be contacting this company to let them know. I’ll update as I go along. For this I’ll temporarily drop my rating to one star.

I got stuck in really deep mud at midnight one day, get in touch with my insurance and they direct me to these folks. It's after two in the morning at this point and I am an hour or so away from them but Chris gets in his tow truck and comes anyway. He is so friendly and helpful when he gets here despite the awful situation I'm in. With his hard work and dedication (I'm talking physically shoveling mud out from around and beneath my car) my car was out of the mud in half an hour! Please go to these people if you need help, it's very much worth it!

This tow company was awesome the same cannot be said about progressive roadside assistance, it's another example of a big Internet company outsourcing there customer service to India. Its almost impossible to cross the world and lauange barrier well being able to communicate accurately when your talking to someone who thinks Flagstaff is near Tempe AZ

I broke down and called, the gentleman that answered the phone was polite and helpful. The tow truck showed up in 20 minutes even though I was given a 30 minute ETA. The truck was clean and I was able to ride with the Chris to the mechanic. Over all it was a amazing experience! I highly recommend flagstaff towing!
