Grattan HealthCare is certified as a Personal Care Provider by the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services. Headquartered in Brainerd, Minnesota, we serve nearly every county north of the Twin Cities. We recruit, hire and train individuals as Personal Care Attendants to provide personal care, homemaker and respite services to clients of all ages.
Grattan HealthCare offers clients a variety of personal care services that are provided by our staff of highly skilled Personal Care Attendants. Our services range from assistance with activities of daily living to short-term respite care and long-term extended care. Include daily living activities such as light cleaning, laundry, bathing, grooming and dressing the client.

I have been involved with various healthcare agencies over the past 30 years and I was constantly frustrated…but since I found Grattan Healthcare I feel heard and I know that my disabled son and I actually matter to them.
Grattan is a small, privately owned agency that cares about their clients and employees.

Thankful for the great nurses and staff,clients we work for.They have put endless hours helping me to train as a good nurse.Very friendly supervisors to help you with any skills you need to brush up on.Great and flexible hours.Hours are dependent on the family you work for (up to 40 hours a week is allowed).Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Grattan health provides top notch nursing care and has a wonderful team behind the scenes. Their employees are treated wonderfully so they work hard for a company they enjoy being a part of. Office staff always goes above and beyond their means for any reason you need. If you need at home nursing care this is the company to be with. Coming from a client and a nurse.
