I contacted Amber Heating & Air Conditioning to inquire about AreoSealing my ductwork. I had read that it could make a huge difference in my HVAC performance and overall comfort. From the very beginning, the team was communicative, professional, and on time. Roger came to my home and review not only my heating and cooling needs but also reviewed my home's air quality and insulation.
On the day of the service the team showed up on time and finished about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. They were clean, polite, and professional.

Amber services our hot water boiler which heats our floors. Honestly, it's kind of a complicated system so the technicians need to know their stuff. We have used Amber for over 20 years with no problems at all, that's why we continued to use them with great satisfaction.
On their most recent visit, we had an issue. It took a while, but once I was in contact with MIKE, The General Manager, the issue was resolved with one phone call.
If you do ever have any problems with Amber (BTW, 1 problem in over 20 years is a great track record), I believe MIKE can help you find a solution.

Amber Mechanical serviced my air conditioning unit last week during a heat wave. Their technician, Jose, did a fantastic job of explaining the step by step procedures, exactly what the charges were and my best options for future services I may need. I recently retired after 43 years as a tradesman doing construction and service in a technical industry, and felt my money was well spent. I will use Amber Mechanical in the future, and will request Jose when I do.

Follow-up: Prior to Aeroseal installation, my budgeted monthly gas bill was $115. I received my new amount with is $98 a month. Great job Amber Heating.

Alright, I know I already posted a positive review about Amber HVAC but yet again I am blown away with their customer service. I will be honest - I didn't think an HVAC company was going to show me what it means to have consistently awesome customer service. Mike Mikula was my tech this time around, and just like James made a great first impression by asking my permission to enter my house, put booties on to keep my floor clean and had a big smile on his face. He asked my permission to look at my thermostat and start working on the furnace, instead of just going right to work which was a nice

Furnace stop working one night. Called their 24 hour dispatch and the dispatch was very concerned with my issue. Within minutes she had a tech on the phone with me. He told me the pricing, which was kind of high because it was 10p on a Saturday night. I agreed to pay the fee. He than asked me what was going on. I told him, and then he told me I would be dumb to pay those fees! He said it is a very simple fix..told me what to look for and what to do to fix it....15 min later and some $2 sandpaper and my furnace was back up and running. Very honest company and they will always be first on my list
