Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics focuses on the oral health needs of infants, children, and young adults. The goal of our office is to help patients feel good about visiting the dentist, educate them on how to best take care of their teeth, and provide the best dental care for children of all ages.
Pediatric dentistry is the dental specialty focused on the oral health needs of young people. After completing a four-year dental school program, two to three years of residency and obtaining hands-on pediatric experience, our dentists are prepared to meet the dental needs of infants, children, adolescents and people with special health care needs.
The doctors at Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics are ambassadors of giving back to the community. The doctors at Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics provide underprivileged kids free dental screenings, examinations and fluoride treatments locally in Nassau County. Specifically, Dr. Doug has served as a team leader for the Peru Mission, where he brings along a team of 30 medical and dental professionals to the mountains of Peru.
The whole office was so warm and friendly to my toddler and went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Dr. Celia was an absolute pleasure and was amazing with my daughter. Dr. Lisa and the staff at Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics was absolutely AMAZING! My 3-year-old daughter left her first dental exam saying "that was so much fun!"
Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics offers full-service dentistry for young patients. From infants to children, to young adults, we provide everything from routine cleanings, fluoride treatments, and exams to orthodontic care. Primary teeth or "baby teeth" usually first appear between 6-12 months of age.

Beware! This office balance bills!!!! I have never taken my kids to any other dentist where there are always such high balances. They are not forthcoming about their billing and then surprise bill you! Looking into reporting them for fraud! Their office manager was very rude and I want to warn others to be careful! We switched to a much better practice in Plainview and have not had one bill!

I am so incredibly grateful that my children go to this practice and have Dr Lisa as their dentist. She is not only a wonderful human being but a phenomenal doctor. My girls look forward to going to see her which is night and day to my experience as a child where I was scared of going. Thank you Dr Lisa for all that you do and for making each child feel safe, excited and welcomed in your office. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Lisa and her staff are absolutely amazing!!!! My daughter needed two fillings this visit and they walked her through the entire process and made her feel comfortable the entire time! I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were and I am so excited to bring my children to Dr. Lisa for years to come!!!

I went to Dr. Harry after a recommendation from a friend who swore by him and after receiving 4 other opinions about my daughter’s treatment plan. He told me what I thought all along - that my daughter definitely didn’t need an expander. Everyone in the office was so warm and inviting. We are so happy to have found such a great doctor and staff!!!

I wanted to write a review because I have never been more impressed with a dentist than I have with Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. My son had a bad accident at school on a Friday afternoon and had damage to his teeth and lips. They made an emergency appointment for him at the office right away to be seen. Dr. Lisa was so patient with my son and was able to calm him (and I!) down. Dr. Lisa was able to contact an oral surgeon who came in and fixed my son up. This office has an extremely personal touch when it comes to their patients like none I have ever seen. My children have seen

My children have been going to Dr. Lisa for over 10 years. She is not only an excellent dentist but also a compassionate and caring person. She puts her patients at ease by explaining the procedure being done and always has a smile on her face. The hygienists are all wonderful. They are funny, sweet and caring. My 25 year old refuses to go elsewhere and it’s fine because they don’t have a cut off year
