Residents have the option to set up recurring ACH or credit card payments with AutoPay, or process one-time ACH or credit card transactions.

The standard application fee is $35 for the first adult (over 18 years old), and $15 for each additional adult (over 18 years old).

I went to my appointment and when I returned they had finished and to my surprise they cleaned up behind themself. I've been with Alltrade almost 4 years and they are getting better by the day. DO NOT RENT FROM ALL TRADE! I would give them zero stars. They take weeks to address any maintenance issue, of which there are usually many. It took them over a month to address my A/C not working in June/July. The building had leaks that were never addressed, despite countless phone calls. They seem to view taking care of any part of their properties as optional. The parking lot was often filled with trash, overgrown with bushes and hanging wires. There was a sinkhole next to the handicapped spot for three weeks. The laundry room had standing water the entire 15 months I was there. I regularly

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! I absolutely hate that my landlord switch to Alltrade! Our air has been out for 2 weeks now with no response from Alltrade at all. I have reached out to them 3 in the 2 weeks!! This is our 3rd time being without AC for multiple weeks and we’re never late on our rent and we take care of this house as it were our own!
The last time the AC went out it was the unit on our 2nd floor and my wife, our kids, and I couldn’t sleep in our bedrooms for 3 or 4 weeks! This is not acceptable at all and they get our $1700 a month on time every month but can’t

I've been at my location since 2019. The pros... *apartment layout is well thought out to minimize spillover noise between you and the neighbor,
*the value for what you get is very good,
*the location of my complex is great (quiet and close to the interstate),
*maintenance is pretty timely and fixes the problem, *addressed the dumpster problem very quickly (people were throwing bags of trash on the ground by the dumpster and after a letter went out to the entire complex about fining tenants that don't put their trash in the dumpster I suggested it could be that the dumpster was not easy for

I live next to an Alltrade managed property and they do the absolute minimum. You have to report things to them 5-6 times and report them to the city to get anything done. The poor renters that have to work with them. I would not recommend living next to an Alltrade managed home or having anyone rent from them. They are absolutely worthless.

When I initially rented the apartment off Morningside a different company owned the building and sold it to a Alltrade Property Management. Soon after we were notified that we would either have to move out of our apartment completely when the lease was up, or move to a new unit upon the end of our lease. This new unit came with $125 rent increase or a rent by the month option with a $50 month increase. Initially I was ok with the change. I called in advanced and said I would like to take the rent by the month option, but was told that option was being offered. I had a letter in hand stating otherwise
