Horrible! You are better off driving your loved one to the hospital and it's no out of pocket. I swear some people are not in the business for helping people. It's all about the money here. Next time, I'll pay someone to drive my mother to the hospital, as I don't live in EP any more, but my mom is still there.
Oh, yeah.... and all those 5 star reviews from 7 or 8 months ago, you can tell it's the companies workers who put in those reviews, as you see they have nothing written below them.
I've worked for a company who used to do that, they would ask some of their employees to put in the reviews

Just received a balance bill from Elite - for a transport done over 6 months ago! And they have the gall to say that it is due... today! Never said a word to me when the transport was done that they were out of network. Now they tell me that they are out of network for Blue Cross Blue Shield of both NM and TX. Avoid.

We have used Elite medical transport service twice within two weeks. Both times the experience has been outstanding but today's experience was phenomenal. Crystal and Octavio took the extra time needed to ensure our mother was cared for properly and with much patience. After arriving to our mother's appointment and realizing the appointment was going to be fairly quick Crystal phoned into dispatch to stay. We would have been calling for a return trip within 15 minutes. Thank you Crystal and Octavio for putting our elderly mother's needs first. It's professionals like these that will definitely
