The owner or whoever picked up was extremely rude when I called them to get a quote. We said we would call back because we were looking at multiple prices and trying to get the best quote, and he gave us the hugest attitude and told us to do whatever, and just scoffed. That DEFINITELY made us sure we weren't going to be calling back.
There are several towing companies, but if you'll have a bad attitude no point in even bothering with this company.

I used the quotes system on Yelp to find an out of state towing company.
AA & D responded within a reasonable time and was the cheapest.
I had special instructions with time frame that I needed met and I communicated this ahead of time. Being this is a tow company, I was a bit worried on how professional they would be but they were extremely professional and on time as requested.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Alvin helped us out of a very difficult situation. Most tow drivers would do seen our situation and drove off. We had a damaged camper from hurricane Irma that FEMA refused to take away. Alvin worked with us to find a solution and within 2 hours, the camper was on its way to the landfill. Alvin at AA&D is Very fair and affordable and likes helping people. We will use him for all of our future towing needs! Thank you Alvin.

I called Alvin on a Sunday Night to get a quote on the price. Alvin picked up on Sunday Night and again on Monday morning. this guy doesnt sleep. One of Alvins workers came to pick up my vehicle on Monday morning. He stated he would be here in 30 mins and at the 30 min mark he called to let me know he would be literally 4 mins late. Wow thats service right there. picked my vehicle up then called me to let me know the vehicle was delivered. not sure if this hapenns with every pickup but these guys have the communication aspect of the business down. I cant say the same about all other towing companies

I remember using Alvins Service almost 10yrs ago. I live in NY now but my dad just called me and asked for his number and it brought back so many good experiences I've had with him getting me out of trouble with my 01 Audi A6. He's honest and reliable. Glad he is still in business. He is highly recommendable by my whole family. Wish there was more of him.

Alvin is a life saver. We broke down on the side of I4 in the middle of holiday rush hour traffic. He was able to get to us promptly. He communicated with us regarding when he would be there and showed up as he said. He charged $65 and towed us to the repair shop of our choice. We will use AA&D again and again, though we pray not too soon.

Alvin pulled me out of a ditch, and damaged my car because he asked me to put my emergency break on. When I called and asked for his insurance information he told me to F off. He cussed me out and hung up. Very unprofessional and he charged more then the $65 his profile promises. Stay away. Very rude and unprofessional!

After being stranded for a while, and calling a ton of tow places, I called Alvin, and he was very friendly, helpful, and a lot cheaper than the other places I called. I was also happy we was close by. He was there within 15 minutes! He wrote me up an invoice and told me I could give the invoice to the insurance, and they may reimburse me (which they did)! I was so glad because I am a single parent, and every penny counts. I keep his card in my wallet (which hopefully I wont need another tow, but if I do, I'll definitely call him)! He was very nice, extremely helpful, and I am so glad I gave

I have to say this towing company was a pleasant surprise compared to most of the shyster tow companies in Orlando. Alvin was exactly as he claims, your friend. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would, not 3 hours after the given arrival time like most. He was professional, not one thing nasty was said by him, he treats you and your vehicle with the utmost respect. His pricing is as he claims and extremely fair. Hands down the best pricing around.
