Called and made arrangements for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They were delivered a day early. I called and wanted to inform them of the mistake and they turned it around and put the blame on me. They said I had called and told them to deliver the flowers early and it wasn't their fault.
The arrangement was very nice but the customer service was poor.
