Lost a contact lens and they fit me in between other appointments immediately. Then Dr. Drum managed to make a slight alteration to my prescription that's allowed me to give up my reading glasses completely! I'm nearsighted, and before this, I always had to wear readers with my contacts, or else take out my contacts to read. No more! My new prescription works for both distance & close. Fantastic. No one else has managed this in 20 years. Cannot recommend Dr. Drum enough. Entire staff at Lancaster Eye Care is friendly and competent, been forging along throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Great place

Well the receptionist is very rude and inconsiderate and they all seem very judgey, and speculative. Have had to reschedule for personal reasons and always did so within 24 hours or more, got the third degree by a juvenile and rudely asked for 24 hours. Well if something happens last minute, that is a little hard to do. As others have said, Drum should just retire.

I am very dissatisfied. I asked the staff at the Colebrook eye Care . How much are the glasses going to cost. She wouldn't give me a answer. So I gave her frames that I had from the past. She asked me where I got the glasses like I stole them. I go to pick up my glasses they where 165.00 . Plastic no warranty. Just a big rip off. I am very disappointed ☹️
