Services
Busy Bee Academy's purpose is to offer high-quality and adequate educational child care program. Our program offers daily activities designed to aid the overall development of the individual's needs: physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and intellectual.
Areas of age-appropriate curriculum and learning concept skills include language arts, health and safety, mathematics, music, science, phonics and reading readiness, cooking, dramatic play and social studies.Nurturing interactions between your child and our staff will be encouraged and applied in our program.

We are looking for experienced and committed childcare teachers in the Louisville/Lyndon area. There are immediate openings for full and part-time positions. We are looking for someone who loves children and that would love to work in a safe, educational environment. One that will plan and implement activities that promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
An annual non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 for each child enrolled will be used to purchase supplies. Weekly tuition payments are due in the office on Monday, on a continuous basis, until the child is withdrawn from the center. There is no refund for daily absentees. If necessary, withdrawing from the center requires two week's notice in writing.
Activities and projects based on weekly themes and age-appropriate curriculum are incorporated into the daily schedule. All weekly lesson plans and the monthly calendar are posted inside the classroom. The earliest introduction of the learning adventure is the use of black, white, and primary colors; basic sign language; tummy time; storybooks; puppet play; and music.

Busy Bee Academy is the best daycare around! We've been here since 2014 and both of my kids thrived and loved it there! The director, Ashley, is very involved and knows all of the kids and families well. She's funny, energetic, and has a heart for teaching kids! My kids have learned so much there and was well prepared for elementary school. We are so fortunate to have found Busy Bee years ago. I recommend Busy Bee to anyone who is looking for a safe, clean, engaging environment. We love it! Busy Bee Alumni forever! :)

Our daughter has been going to busy bee for the better part of a year now and she really enjoys it. Our son was just born and was in the NICU for three weeks. This was a very stressful and heart wrenching time for our family, but every time we came to drop our daughter off they asked about him and how he was doing, offered help during this time and it was very supportive and kind. They really care and we appreciate the encouragement and support.

We would highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the Louisville area to look at Busy Bee Academy! Both of my children attended there and the staff and director made sure they received the educational and social skills needed for them to thrive in Elementary school. Unfortunately we had to relocate for my husbands job, if not we would still be using them today for my last child. Here in TN finding a good, reliable day care with competitive rates is hard to come buy. We will always have fond memories of our kids time there.

Our son attended Busy Bee for 2 years and we absolutely loved the organization. The teachers and staff are lead by an amazing Director that genuinely cares about the well being of staff, students, families, and the surrounding community. We relocated out of state due to work and our biggest struggle was finding a suitable replacement for Busy Bee Academy. I sent my kids there from 2017-2020. At first it was wonderful and great. Then teachers started leaving, so much that I couldn't keep track and my kids had a hard time remembering names. For three years we participated in "fundraisers" to raise money for a playground that never came. The director also gave us unreasonable due dates and threatened that kids couldn't return until you met her requirements. Our last year there she increased her prices on a weekends notice (literally received the new handbook and prices Friday and had to turn in along with a check with the new amount per week the next

I have worked at Busy Bee for 1.5 years and absolutely love it. The staff is amazing and the director is extremely kind and welcoming. Any questions you have she is more than willing to answer without hesitation. The overall environment is so much fun, and the director allows you to teach the way you feel comfortable. I would recommend this job to anyone who has a passion for caring and teaching children.

We love Busy Bee. The last 4 years have been such a wonderful experience for our child. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that children feel safe and loved, all while giving the best education possible. Busy Bee Academy is such an amazing place. Both of my children have attended this daycare since it opened and we couldn’t be happier. The owners and the entire staff go above and beyond each day to make sure all children all well cared for. We love the teachers so much that we even use them as our babysitters! My kids love(d) going to school every day and my son was extremely well prepared for Kindergarten. We have recommended this school to many families and will continue to do so because the staff makes each child feel loved and important. I can’t say enough positive things about this school

I absolutely love Busy Bee Academy and all of their staff. My child has been going there since he was 2 and he has learned so much. They were very patient and helpful with his potty training and speech therapy. The meals are healthy and the facility is always clean.
