I visited this place for the first time to buy some paint and painting tools, but I have to say the customer service was very disappointing. The clerk (a young lady with black hair) at the paint section was neither helpful nor friendly, as if I was doing something terrible by visiting the shop without full knowledge of paint, or maybe because I'm a foreigner.
When I asked if she could show me the tools I would need for using the paint, the response I got was "they are all over there" and just turned around and left. And later when some other customers asked something similar, she walked the customers
