Chiropractic Adjustments are the Keystone of Care for Our Practice Members at Evanston Chiropractic Center. The Subluxation complex is the malalignment of the vertebra of the spine causing abnormal neurological responses/actions/reactions. Chiropractic adjustments use a force to correct the misalignment of the spine and correct function.
Used quite successfully in the treatment of various neurological and structural disorders, Cranial Facial Release (CFR) is an advanced endo-nasal "Balloon Assisted" cranial adjusting technique. The CFR technique is used to unlock cranial fixations and induce mobility in the cranial system. Tiny balloons are inserted into the nose that are quickly inflated to mobilize the bones of the face and cranium.
Diversified is a manual adjusting technique that uses high velocity and low amplitude to restore proper biomechanics as well as remove interference to the nervous system. This is a non-proprietary technique that is commonly used among chiropractors. I have been seeing Evanston Chiropractic Center going on 31 years. They are amazing and have helped me recover from 3 major back injuries, and every other back pain and ache inbetween. Dee and Zane are very professional along with all of the staff there is also amazing from the greeting when you walk in the door, to the therapy and adjustments and everything in between. The help they have given me has got me through the roughhest time in my life. My whole family goes from my wife, parents, and my 3 children and they have helped them all. By far the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. Dr. D's adjustments are never Cookie cutter and they are always very specific to what is bothering you. Very nice and friendly staff and a beautifully decorated office. Only complaint is he is so good he is hard to get into. His son is now part of the practice. I hear good things

I have been going to Dr. Dillree for years. He has helped me through many back issues, wrist and ankle issues, joint pains, pinched nerves, etc. He is amazing at what he does. I am always amazed how he can tell exactly what is wrong with me by just looking at me stand. The other staff members are amazing as well! I always feel like I am well taken care of at Evanston Chiropractic Center. I would recommend this place to everyone. I still go here even though I have lived in Utah for 6 years now.
