I was so nervous about having to file bankruptcy. It's embarrassing and overwhelming but Eric and Sara have been really helpful so far. I just started working with them so it's only in the beginning stages of filing and we still have a ways to go but I feel comfortable with their suggestions and their knowledge and I'm sure they will continue to guide me through this process to the best of their ability. It's a little more expensive than some of the other places I looked at but I don't think you can really put a price tag on piece of mind.

Great experience with the office staff and attorney Eric Foster.I had a consultation with him I was very comfortable he explained step by step what the process would be from start to finish. First off, Eric and his staff are very competent. Clear-headed and short-fuse responsive. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars and were super efficient (read: low cost). Their ethics are foremost in dealing with clients and process.
Eric is the most personable, warm, caring attorney I've ever worked with and if your issue has some complexity - he's the guy to tackle it.
