Aunt Delores Child Care was established in 1967 by a mother of 7 needing to be home for her children and make an income for the family. Delores Johnson, owner, operator and founder was a self-motivated and driver mother. She opened the Orlando child care business with only 5 children (12 including her own), and over the years, her preschool in Orlando has been licensed for as many as 150 children.
Children learn by doing! They are interested in hands-on materials and should be offered opportunities to make meaningful choices. Pinnacle curriculum offers a wide variety of ideas to build early literacy, math, science, social skills and MORE! Pinnacle curriculum helps us address each child socially, physically, emotionally, and cognitively.
Our mission is to create an atmosphere of love, acceptance, creativity and learning for children from infancy to 5 years, and to provide an affordable, high quality, safe, caring, developmentally appropriate environment for the children in our care. We encourage our children to explore and discover their world daily while creating an atmosphere where the children feel like our center is their home away from home.

My daughter Dakota attends this daycare and they have been nothing short of amazing. I was initially impressed with their professional demeanor, enthusiasm and communication. My daughter is ecstatic every morning and they make me feel so comfortable. This daycare is more like a family oppose to a business. They have my highest recommendation!

I love love this daycare!! The staff are very attentive, kind, & super professional. You can definitely tell that everyone loves their job and take amazing care of the kids. You can leave knowing that your child is in good hands. Safety is the upmost importance to the staff.

This place is great. I have yet to find a childcare center where I’m a person and not a number. Chad is the new owner and I am so happy management has changed the new ownership is fantastic. I will have my children here until they go to school.

I highly recommend Aunt Delores' Child Care Center. My kid loves going there; price is affordable, they take really good care of the kids. Director and owners are very friendly and professional, very attentive to everyone. Now they are refreshing the building and playgrounds and it becomes colorful and cosy.

I love my kids childcare center!! I have 2 kiddos currently attending. A soon to be 6 year old who’s been going there since 2 and took Ms. Jamie’s VPK class. And my 1 year old who has been there since she was 3 months old. The staff are amazing and have lots of passion with all the children. They are basically family and my kids couldn’t be in better hands. 10/10

I brought my oldest son here when he turned one and have had him there to this day. He is currently in VPK and loves “going to school” each day. I also have my youngest and he’s been there since he was 6 weeks old. I really like that they treat the kids like family and know that sometimes a kid just needs TLC when they get a booboo. I highly recommend them!!!
Other things I like:
1. They are affordable - considering daycare can seem expensive no matter where you go.
2. The hours work great for me. I work until 5PM – allows me enough time to get across Orlando traffic to pick them up
