Pegasus Party Rentals is a family owned business established in 2006. After our daughter got married in 2006, we realized that there was a need for this type of business in our area. We mostly serve Clinton, Centre and Lycoming Counties, but have delivered as far as 1-1/2 hours away from our location in Mill Hall, PA.
To reserve items, I do ask for a 20% Deposit. Closer to the date {about 2 weeks before} we will get a more accurate count and adjust the numbers accordingly. You will only pay for the number of items that you need. We usually advise my customers to estimate on the high side initially, to make sure that we have enough items reserved for them.
The Pole Tent is the most traditional form of party tent on the market today. Pole tents have poles in the center of the tent and require ropes and stakes to anchor the tent. It should be noted however that in most cases, you won't be able to stake a pole tent onto concrete or asphalt, unless you have permission from the property owner to stake your pole tent on those types of surfaces.

Pegasus was perfect for getting rentals for our wedding! Set up to pick up was all very clear and smooth, and Sharon was very responsive even as we postponed our wedding due to Covid. They were also insightful regarding the amount of rentals (ie silverware and dinnerware) we would need, and caught a few things I had missed in the chaos of getting ready for the wedding. I can't recommend them enough!

Sharon was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly helpful and would always respond right away to any questions I might have. Everything we rented was perfect. She even let us come to up see what she had, which was great because we ended up renting more! I kept on adding and changing things to the contract and Sharon was incredibly flexible and worked with me every step of the way. Pegasus Rentals made our wedding beautiful, thank you Sharon!
