These two black individuals charged me 100 dollars for a 3 minute tow, then they told me that autozone could replace my battery, which they couldn't, so I asked them to bring gme to a &m auto , and they double charged me again! They threatened to steal my car if I didn't pay. These criminals need to be removed from Norfolk and Virginia! Terrible people! Pure criminals. Never use these people.
They stole 180 dollars from me for a total travel time of around 6 minutes and threatened me to pay double or they would steal my car. I've filed a police report and will be waiting for them.

Remarkably incompetent. No call and no show. Unbelievably rude when irresponsibility and lack of professionalism noted and chose to intentionally leave paying customer in the lurch after pre-scheduling pick up.
EDIT: Followed up this review immediately not with an apology, but a threatening insult for daring to post an honest review. Unwilling to improve and disinterested in customers.
