Lacy is an imaginative, genuine individual with a passion for making brides & grooms extremely happy! Raised in Menomonie, WI with an appreciation for hard work, her top priority is always to strive for excellence in any task she takes on. She fell in love with floral design and the ever-changing world of fresh flowers in high school, where she began her career as a floral delivery driver.
Having the opportunity to work for many talented florists prepared Lacy to open Allure Premiere Event Florists in 2002 and her interest in continued learning keeps her skills in floral design on the cutting edge of creativity. Living out of state and planning a wedding during COVID was a challenge, but planning our decor and florals with Lacy was by far one of the easiest parts of wedding planning. She was extremely detailed, organized, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. She took my ideas and made them come to life exactly how I envisioned them. Not only is Lacy incredibly talented, she is a genuine and kind person as well. Our floral arrangements were stunning and we received so many compliments throughout the day - 1000% recommend! Lacy was the most AMAZING to work with! In our initial call she was so helpful, listened to all my ideas(even though they were all over the place), had her own beautiful ideas, and combined that to put together the most beautiful vision board/proposal. Before the wedding, we made final adjustments and a specific plan for the wedding day, and she even adjusted to my very last-minute change. Then I was blown away when I saw my flowers on the wedding day, they were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! I would recommend Lacy for any of your flower needs!

I am beyond thrilled with how my flowers turned out for my wedding. I am an experienced gardener and flowers are my thing so I had a very specific vision for what I wanted my bouquets and colors at my wedding to look like. Lacey was so knowledgeable and clearly understood my ideas. She added in a few of her own and they sounded amazing so I let her design everything based off of some Pinterest pictures and instructions to include lots of orchids, lilies and peonies in my bouquet since they’re my favorites. Everything turned out looking stunning. The all green bridesmaids bouquets really popped

Lacy from Allure was THE BEST to work with and I could not be more thankful for such a professional and easy to work with floral company. I don't know the names of flowers well (and didn't really care what kind they were) and I was able to tell Lacy that and just show her some ideas of colors and she was able to just look for what was in bloom (and on sale) and put together the absolute PERFECT floral bouquets for my wedding in September. It was exactly what I didn't know I wanted. I got SO many compliments on how beautiful everything looked. For the amount of flowers we had I was very happy with

I can't even begin to express how much I appreciate Lacy and Dani here at Allure! When my fiancé and I first met Lacy she was absolutely fantastic! We walked in not having any sort of clue what we wanted to do with flowers for our wedding and she helped us pick out and create the most beautiful flowers we have ever seen! Through everything she made this part of planning so easy and so fun! She created such a master piece at our wedding that all of our guests and us were amazed. Lacy and her team were so fantastic to work with!!! I met with her a few times prior to our wedding, and she did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and putting a quote together, including drawings of the various arrangements.
