Below is the email I sent to Kyle from Pearson's Moving, after discovering that there were confirmed missing pieces in addition to the other damages. I have not received a response. Total bill for the move was $1,149.00

Pearson sends three small guys to move a lot of heavy furniture—they struggled so long had to recruit help from friends. Over charged me for time because they took entirely too long. Broke my Ballard Designs… table and refused to fix replace or compensate it even with photos. Do not hire this company unless you want to be over charged and not have your items replaced or compensated. They also damaged my walls in both houses.

We had a planned move and reached out to Pearson base on two separate referrals. Glowing reviews from both. Scheduled well in advance and received a transparent estimate for my move. They were here on time and expertly conducted the move and we're busy and engaged the whole time. The invoice was as planned and no surprises. I will use them again.

We had Pearson help us move our belongings from San Tan Valley to Glendale. A week after move in we discovered that one of our 65 inch TV has a huge crack in the screen. I filed a claim with Jason including pictures and a receipt. We have only had the TV for about 2 years. The TV will cost $700 to replace. They only refunded $27 because they said
"TV- Based off information provided we found your product weighs 46 lbs. This item is covered at $0.60/ lb which results in a $27.60 refund. This has been processed.

I'm conflicted here about 4 or 5 stars because honestly I want to go with 4.5 stars because I had a pretty good (but not perfect) experience with Pearson. That said, I will definitely use them again.
The good is that they showed up and absolutely worked for the 5 hours they were on the clock, no slacking, everyone on the crew got after it (and they even had a guy on his first day!). Also, for 5 hours, three guys and a truck the cost was pretty much what I expected (and fair). Even if I had gone and rented a uhaul for the day and just hired labor, I doubt I would have done much better price wise

There are over 3700 views of my review on Google, of this shady moving company. Hopefully, the review has swayed that many customers from falling prey to a company of scammers. The owner of the company has lost control of his own business and allows his cut rate employees run his company and treat the customers poorly.
Any review you see with more than one star is either old or fake.

Think twice before you use this company for moving your items. At a recent move, my vacuum was in the garage, when one of their guys was moving items into it. They knocked a dolly full of items into my vacuum, breaking a latch on it. The young man knew he broke it, as when he heard the part hit the floor, he looked around to see if anyone saw, then he went back out to the truck. I found the piece that he broke off, and asked if he broke it. He flat out told me, yes I did. I then spoke with Tony, the guy in charge, and the guy who broke the vacuum also told Tony he broke it. I had a scheduled move in the morning this Saturday and they no showed. After calling they said it wasn’t on the schedule (yet i got a text confirming arrival time) but assured me they could still come the same day Btwn 1-4 pm. I even got a call a few hours later asking if i wanted an extra person for an extra charge to which i agreed. Again, they… no showed. The management left a lot to be desired but the actual move went smoothly. They were professional and very courteous. The were so respectful of my belongings. They wrapped a painting to protect it. They didn't just dump my things in one area and leave. They actually set up my furniture where it belongs which I don't think they are required to do. They worked quickly and diligently; didn't try to milk the clock for a bigger bill. I highly recommend. Just keep in mind, if you make a reservation and change your mind for whatever reason, even if it is within the same hour you made it

Absolutely awesome company fourth move with Peirson Moving and this was in Pine Arizona all the way down to Phoenix and we underestimated so they had to send a second truck up they were able to accommodate us ASAP within an hour and a half they were up the mountains and the five man team at this point never stopped working for a second they got the trucks going. And the poor guys ended up only able to go 35 miles an hour with our loads on the uphills. So their day was long long long and they still needed to unpack at our storage units and they were awesome I will continue to use these folks and

Pearson was the best moving company we've ever had. Booking procedure was extremely easy, professional and had great communication. The two guys we had, Justin and Derek, were amazing. They called before they came, were on time, very efficient, made sure they knew exactly what we wanted, worked great as a team, and very professional. Not to mention they were strong as oxes! My crew was Michael, Jake and Jerry! They were FANTASTIC!! Michael, kept me completely up to date on his arrival. They were even early which was a huge plus! They were efficient, fast but took great care with everything. I moved temporarily into an apartment, on the 3rd floor! It was their second move of the day, their 1st, was a 4th floor move.… Very professional and were just wonderful! Come August, I will be scheduling with Pearson again and requesting this crew! Thank you gentleman for all of your hard work today! It was very much appreciated.

Pearson was recommended to me by the group on Go Gilbert's Facebook page and I know why! They were on time, courteous and professional.
They protected my cream colored chairs and ottoman that I was so worried about! I just had them professionally cleaned!

MlThis was an awesome experience. Kyle and Pearson Moving made a quick move so simple and less that 4 hours. I had my girlfriend move in with me and really only needed her furniture and large items moved from a 1 bedroom apartment in Tempe to my home in Gilbert.
3 and a half hours later it was done...Matt and Connor were very pleasant, professional and efficient. Started at 7am, they were there right on time, done at 10:30.
I would reccomend these guys to anyone moving. Thank you Kyle, Matt and Connor.
