My wife and I bought a lot at Maffitt Ridge and found out the soil was bad and there was over $20k extra for the foundation due to the fact that the developer used rubber and swelling material within the fill and left it uncpmpacted. How irresponsible!?!?When I brought this up to Mandelbam Properties, they not only took 3 weeks to get back to us but offerd ZERO help. Instead, they pointed the finger at someone else. Heads up to anyone looking to purchase one of their lots. Make sure to get the soil checked!! Overall, disappointing customer experience!!!
