Very pleasant experience from the moment the front door opened. Store staff was great and the delivery team was exceptional, outstanding, energetic and ready to tackle the length of the entire building to complete the service. Highly recommend.

Fast delivery, their mattresses and box springs are brand new. Their prices are really affordable, you will find the same furniture somewhere else for way more! Every time I go their really attentive. Will come back, happy customer.

I purchased a sectional couch from Flexpay on 27th street about 2 weeks ago and scheduled a future delivery. I received a call 30 mins prior to my 3-7 delivery window telling me that they checked their warehouse and they no longer have my couch that I purchased. The fact that they could sell my couch from out beneath me is outrageous. Terrible customer service. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere and avoiding this business.
