I am excited to write this review as this is the 7th company I have been in contact with! I always call, get an estimate date from many and they never show up. Not Mr. JOHN at Altek. I called, he answered, we scheduled, he did exactly as he said he would do. John and his team came, did the job and it is great! My family and I are so thankful for this to finally be completed. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism we were shown. If you want quality,professional service, not the run around, call Mr.John, he gets the JOB DONE and on time!!

They repaired a post. It is in solid, but they moved it over so that the gate no longer closes.
So now I need to add some spacers and such to finish fixing it this weekend. I figure that's the kind of thing a professional fencing company would do when you hire them and pay them a fair rate for the work.
$240 to replace a single post and make sure the fence isn't left dangling seems fair. If you have to hire these guys, just watch them to make sure they do a good job or hire someone else.

Called to get an estimate to repair a section of my fence and possible complete replacement of the fence surrounding my home. On September 30, 2019 the date of the estimate, I was called 5 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive and was asked if he could reschedule for another day. We agreed on 2 days later. When that day arrived he was a no call no show. Guess he doesn't need any more business. I will give my business to someone else.

Called for an estimate and actually got one within 2 weeks of calling. After going over all the estimates I had gotten with my brother, we decided on Altek. I called and asked to be put on their schedule for the privacy fence I had gotten an estimate for. I was told by the gentleman who answered that he was at another appointment and would call me as soon as he was done to set a time for me to sign all the paperwork since it would be between 4 - 6 weeks before work will start. I told him no problem, I just wanted to get on schedule. I did not receive a call back from him. After waiting 3 days

Fence took twice as long as time quoted, due to them arriving late and leaving early. Then when a section of our fence rotted out in less than a year, we called to have it fixed, and were told twice over the course of 3 weeks, he would come out. He never showed up either time, and would not take/return calls. Very poor customer service! This is not how you do business!
