Bryan saved my day, and my checkbook, today! Not only was he quick, kind, and professional, he took the extra time to help me avoid a mechanic job when my car wouldn't start. After running out of gas, I thought my VW Golf TDI had air clogging the fuel line when it still wouldn't start after refueling. Upon picking up my car for a tow to the mechanic, Bryan took the time to stop at a gas station to make sure more gas wouldn't fix the problem before I spent money on a potentially unnecessary repair. Sure enough: the 3 gallons of diesel I added to my very empty tank wasn't enough

Jim is the tow truck driver who came to my rescue, stranded in a parking lot. He arrived at the time I was told. Jim was wonderful. He, being a previous mechanic, tried to start my car. He heard the issue at hand, tapped a few times on the starter and ....roar.... my baby started right up. He gave me the option to drive to the dealer myself or he could still tow the car. I headed straight to the dealer, where I texted Jim to let him know I made it, at his request. I appreciated that, as did my husband who couldn't come! Ken was very timely and efficient. Our wait was approximately 10 minutes. The shop that we asked for the car to be dropped at would have taken most people a great deal of maneuvering but he made it look easy. I would definitely recommend A1 Independent Towing, especially Ken, to my friends and family.

I had a flat tire traveling from St. George. I pulled over in Fillmore and called road side assistance through my insurance. A1-Independent Towing arrived and told me I had to tow my car to the local tire shop in town and wait until morning until they could fix my tire. The next morning I saw that my front bumper had significant damage. I called the tow truck company owner and his name is Joe. He told me to send him pics. We sent him over 20 pictures. He sent over his son to review the damage and his son took pictures and Joe got back to us and said the

Car wouldn't start Friday night trying to leave work. Didn't want to spend the whole evening sweating over it and waiting around while we had visitors in town. So I set up a time with my insurance company to meet a truck between 7:30-8am to meet a truck then.
Got there at 7:15 and the truck was already there and waiting! She looked like a young mom, said she lives in Wyoming and drives down every day for work. Super professional. Just got right to work, got it loaded up and took it the twenty miles to my house. My father in law and I chatted with her while she was working, lending an extra hand

Our truck wouldn't start. We had no idea what was wrong with it. It was a Sunday night and everything was closed. We called A-1 and they were there in about 20 minutes. Toby was so nice. He took us to a hotel, made sure we got a discount and a late checkout. Instead of trying to screw us over on an expensive fix, they got our truck running so we could get home to our local mechanic. Joe and Toby were thee nicest guys and absolute excellent service!! Couldn't have had a better crew help us in our mishap! They have a great reputation in the local towns especially for being the nicest guys and don't come close to over charging you. Would recommend these guys to everyone who needs a tow and/or fix!

My husband and I were stranded in Fillmore with our three kids (6yrs, 1yr, and 3 mo) after our car broke down on the freeway. After we called for a tow, A-1 came soon after to pick us up and dropped us off at a local mechanic shop... It was so nice to not be waiting forever (like other tow companies make you wait). After a few hours of waiting and debating on our plan to get back home, we decided to have A-1 tow us and our van back to Salt Lake. Thinking it was going to only be 15 minutes until they showed up, an hour and a half past, and our kids were breaking down. I let Joe at A-1 know that

I really appreciate the great job Joe did for us. After an overnight stop in Fillmore, our car wouldn't start. Joe arrived within 10 minutes of my call, had our car ready to tow quickly, and got us to a mechanic right away. He waited to make sure we were well taken care of and back on the road as soon as possible. Great service!

Joe Flynn and the crew at A-1 Towing were incredible helpful. My car's power steering went out near Fillmore and Joe came out in 15 minutes and towed me to their shop. They were very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They quickly identified that my car had a problem with its Rack and Pinion and were able to get me on my way in no time. Highly Recommend them! Incredible price.
