TLDR: We were recommended this company by our day-of coordinator and venue (both of whom we loved) but were very, very disappointed with their services and cannot recommend them. They didn’t follow the pickup and drop-off schedule, making our guests late to our wedding.

Horrible experience for my son and his new bride. Driving away from the wedding reception the bride began to feel ill. The driver was asked repeatedly if he could turn up the air, and he would not respond. As she became more queasy, they asked if he could roll down the windows for more air, and again they were IGNORED. When it became obvious to my son that she was going to throw up he asked the driver, again REPEATEDLY, to pull over--they were on a highway with a wide shoulder--and the driver did not respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I spoke with Jim Brown on 8/26 regarding making a reservation on 9/3 for a company trip. He provided a quote and asked me to send him the details of the trip, which I did right away and expressed interest in booking that day. I did not hear from him. I emailed him again the following day, again expressing interest in booking right away. No response. On 8/30 I requested another quote to see if someone else could help me. We recently utilized EcoStyle to chauffeur family members and guests back to the hotel after our wedding reception. They were on call from 8pm-10pm and were so professional and helpful. Just completed a trip to PA. First the bus selection was totally inappropriate for an over 50 crowd going over 400 miles each way. It had no bathroom and the ride was horrible with people on the back seats getting lifted off their seat with some of the bumps. If this bus had airbags, they did not work at all and the springs were way too stiff. The air conditioning worked very poorly with several rows freezing with coats on and other rows being uncomfortably hot. The driver kept having to make u-turns in parking lots, at least 7 times. I do not think his attention to detail was very good or he was

WE had an absolute ball going out to the Angus Barn for my wifes retirement party. Dave, our driver, even participated in our surprise for her by coming indoors at the appropriate time, shocking her as she thought she would be doing the driving, and adding to a number of other surprises we had for her. The party van was well equipped, and the driver even shared some candid photos he snapped of the family whooping it up and singing in the back party area. Very professional service. We will use them again.

From start to finish, this was the best customer service ever. The phone rep was personable, efficient and without my even mentioning it, addressed the uneasiness I was feeling about arranging a 12:20 a.m. pick up for a ride far outside the city limits by myself.
EcoStyle was the only good thing about a really long, horrible day of travel. I ended up arriving at 2:10 a.m. My driver called as soon as my plane landed to let me know he was there and exactly where he was parked. He had ice cold bottled water waiting and knew exactly the route to my home.

Great experience working with EcoStyle. I was running a program in Raleigh and needed to shuttle 19 people around the city between meetings and site visits. EcoStyle was extremely reliable and accommodating. The drivers were extremely friendly and prompt, the shuttles were clean, and the reception team was extremely accommodating when it came to some last-minute changes in our schedule. When you're conducting business in a city you don't know, taking 19 people around, it really helps to have reliable transportation. EcoStyle served that purpose and I'd definitely use them again
