Dr. Scharf is the best. He's amazingly talented with cosmetic dentistry - probably the most talented around this area, at the least. He performed a fantastic veneer procedure for me years ago, and I still get compliments on my smile. I had terrible teeth to start, and now they look terrific. He is extraordinarily bright and skilled - more so than any dentist I've been to or read about. Not every procedure brings his well-deserved credentials to bear, but you always know that you are in the hands of someone whose brain and hands are the best. The entire staff at Exton Dental gets it right. Everyone shares a high level of professionalism, knowledge of all aspects of what it takes to address the concern of every patient, and empathy for us laymen who are just trying to survive a trip to the dentist. Dr. Scharf was very unprofessional. I told him about a bad experience I had with another dentist not in this area and right away I got an attitude from Dr. Scharf and his assistant. They said,"How do you it was a bad job?" I thought, um, because it's my mouth and I know? But I brushed it off. He then, after looking at it, said, "Oh yea, that's not right". Really??? No way.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the work in this office. The staff changes and everyone gives me different information. Dr. Scharf did a procedure that I didn't need, which created more problems, more unexpected visits and didn't help the problem for which I went. He stopped for few seconds without explaining well what to expect and how much will cost. Dressed unprofessionally, he is rude, when I complained, he told me to shut up and not to talk because other patients will hear my complaint. Now, I have to spend much more than what I had to, because of unnecessary procedures he did just
